Split Green Eden & Blue Horizon is set in a quiet part of Split, in a modern building on Put Duilova Street, close to the sea and the beach. We offer two carefully designed one-bedroom apartments in the same building, each with its own atmosphere.
Guests can use the shared wellness facilities, including a gym, a Pilates studio, and a sauna with showers. It’s a welcome extra, especially after an active day.
Green Eden is on the ground floor with 61 m² of living space and a private 10 m² garden with Mediterranean plants, an outdoor shower, and a covered seating area.
Blue Horizon is on the sixth floor with 58 m² of comfort and a covered terrace with wide views of the Adriatic Sea and the islands of Brač and Šolta, perfect for mornings and sunsets.
Both apartments are equipped for an easy stay, with a full kitchen, a modern bathroom, and essentials such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning and underfloor heating, streaming-ready TVs, and a washer/dryer. Private underground parking with an EV charger is included, and bicycles are available subject to availability.
As hosts, we love travelling and bringing back small ideas that make each space feel special, along with good food and the simple pleasure of slowing down. Whether you choose the garden calm of Green Eden or the sea views of Blue Horizon, it’s a comfortable retreat for couples, families, and business travellers. Exceptional
Our stay in this apartment was truly excellent. The apartment is perfectly appointed, exceptionally clean, and very modernly designed. The layout is practical and pleasant, which makes the stay even more comfortable. Everything was in its place, and you could tell that attention is paid to every detail. The terrace is spacious with a beautiful sea view. All praise to the host, Mrs. Ivica, who welcomed us very kindly and showed us all the details of the accommodation. A warm recommendation to everyone looking for quality lodging.

Accommodation is beautifully decorated! Every detail has been carefully chosen. It’s a very pleasant and comfortable space—you feel right at home. It has all the necessary amenities. The apartment has a lovely large terrace where you can relax and enjoy yourself. It also comes with an indoor garage parking space, so you don’t have to worry about parking. The hostess was exceptionally kind and helpful. All praise! We’ll be back at the first opportunity :)
